Steep tea in hot water for about 3-5 minutes. Do not steep too long or the tea will be bitter. If you have time, cool the tea completely before serving because hot tea will make the ice cubes melt faster and water down the tea. But if you are not patient enough, just make the tea stronger and add more lychee syrup.
Strain lychees – Open a can of lychee in syrup. Strain the lychees. You can also use fresh lychees for this recipe. Peel and remove the seeds before adding them to your tea.
