Ingredients
1cup(170gr)corn kernels, from 1 big corn
1tbspbutter or margarine
Condensed milk
Grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
Boil or steam corn kernels for 4-5 minutes, or until fully cooked. Once cooked, turn off the heat and drain the water.
Add butter when the corn kernels are still hot and mix until butter or margarine is melted.
Serve – Scoop the corn into serving glasses or bowls. Drizzle condensed milk and grated cheddar cheese on top.
