Make the marinade – In a large bowl, add garlic paste, egg white, bouillon powder, and salt. Mix until combined.
Add the dry ingredients – Add cashews, sliced kaffir lime leaves, and cornstarch. Mix until well combined.
Marinate the cashews for at least 15 minutes.
Fry the cashews – Heat oil enough for deep frying on medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully drop in the cashews. You may divide the cashews into several batches to prevent overcrowding the pan.
