Morning Glory Stir Fry is a delicious side dish that can be ready in less than 15 minutes. This simple vegetable side dish is rich in flavors and goes wonderfully with steamed rice.
Stir-fry spices – In a large frying pan, heat oil on medium-high heat. Once the oil is heated, add shallots, garlic, and curly red chilis. Stir fry until fragrant for about 1-2 minutes.
Add morning glory and hot water. Stir and cook until the morning glory is wilted.
Add seasonings – Add oyster sauce, salt, and granulated sugar. Taste and adjust the seasonings. Turn off the heat and serve.
